The total number of tickets offered in the lottery is 160,000 ranging from 10,001 to 170,000 inclusive. Results will be declared by blind selection of included numbers, under supervision of an independent witness in accordance with Rule 6 (14) of the Gambling Act (Lottery)Game Rules 2004. Declaration will be held at the premises of Solution Dynamics Limited, 18 Canaveral Drive, Albany, at 10am, September 19, 2008 for the Earlybird Bonus Draw and at 10am, October 17, 2008 for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Multi-Ticket Bonus and Auto-Buyers Bonus Prizes.
Winners accept that their details and photograph may be used for publicity and/or promotional purposes. Results published in The New Zealand Herald, The Waikato Times, The Dominion Post, The Christchurch Press, Otago Daily Times and the Southland Times on September 26, 2008 for the Earlybird Draw and October 24, 2008 for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Multi-Ticket and Auto-Buyers Bonus prizes. All prize winners will be contacted by telephone (where phone number/s are available) and notified in writing. This lottery is conducted by Licence issued under Section 37 of the Gambling Act 2003. The winner of the 1st prize home will become a member of La Pointe Beach Estate Society with use of a private 9 hole golf course and tennis courts. The Heart Foundation has paid this membership up until June 30, 2009.Thereafter the levies will be the responsibility of the winner. This property is open to view Sundays from August 24, 2008 to October 5, 2008 10am - 12pm and is located at 110 Barbados Way, La Pointe Beach Estate, One Tree Point.
2nd PRIZE: SEVEN NIGHTS FOR TWO IN RAROTONGA valued at $6,702.
