The total number of tickets offered in the lottery is 160,000 ranging from 10,001 to 170,000 inclusive. Results will be declared by blind selection of included numbers, under supervision of an independent witness in accordance with Rule 6 (14) of the Gambling Act (Lottery)Game Rules 2004. Declaration will be held at the premises of Solution Dynamics Limited, 18 Canaveral Drive, Albany, at 10am, September 19, 2008 for the Earlybird Bonus Draw and at 10am, October 17, 2008 for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Multi-Ticket Bonus and Auto-Buyers Bonus Prizes.

Winners accept that their details and photograph may be used for publicity and/or promotional purposes. Results published in The New Zealand Herald, The Waikato Times, The Dominion Post, The Christchurch Press, Otago Daily Times and the Southland Times on September 26, 2008 for the Earlybird Draw and October 24, 2008 for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Multi-Ticket and Auto-Buyers Bonus prizes. All prize winners will be contacted by telephone (where phone number/s are available) and notified in writing. This lottery is conducted by Licence issued under Section 37 of the Gambling Act 2003. Licence Number LT2036033. Your name and contact details will be retained in order to keep you informed about future offers, promotional events or fundraising activities that may be of interested to you. You may check, update or suppress your details from our records by contacting the Heart Foundation at the following address.

Should early cancellation of this Lottery be necessary, notification will be given by public notice using the above daily newspapers noted on the September 12, 2008 with all ticket purchases to be refunded thereafter.

The net proceeds of the lottery programme will be used to advance the Heart Foundation’s work in funding vital heart research, promoting healthy lifestyles and advancing cardiac rehabilitation.

1st PRIZE: A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE AT LA POINTE BEACH ESTATE

The first prize home has been built by our preferred building partner, Signature Homes, Whangarei and has a registered valuation including furnishings of $525,000.The home features; three bedrooms, a fully tiled shower in the ensuite, easy flow kitchen, lounge and dining areas, tasteful interior design featuring a tropical ‘bali’ theme,
north facing outdoor courtyard, internal access garage, classic riverstone applied to exterior walls and pillar at front entrance.

The winner of the 1st prize home will become a member of La Pointe Beach Estate Society with use of a private 9 hole golf course and tennis courts. The Heart Foundation has paid this membership up until June 30, 2009.Thereafter the levies will be the responsibility of the winner. This property is open to view Sundays from August 24, 2008 to October 5, 2008 10am - 12pm and is located at 110 Barbados Way, La Pointe Beach Estate, One Tree Point.

2nd PRIZE: SEVEN NIGHTS FOR TWO IN RAROTONGA valued at $6,702.
Prize Package Includes; return economy class airfares ex Auckland to Rarotonga, Cook Islands, return economy class airfares ex Wellington or Christchurch to Auckland to connect with the international flights, an eight day scooter hire, seven nights accommodation for two persons at The Royale Takitumu Villas in a one bedroom Lagoon View villa, all airline, government surcharges, insurance levies and taxes.

3rd PRIZE: SIX NIGHTS FOR TWO IN AUSTRALIA valued at $5,319.
Prize Package Includes; return economy class airfares ex Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch to Sydney, Australia, four nights accommodation for two persons at the Mantra No. 2 Bond Street, Sydney, two nights accommodation for two persons at the Peppers Anchorage in Port Stephens, a three day intermediate (2 litre) rental car pick up and drop off Sydney City, includes CDW insurance, all airport fees and unlimited kilometres, all airline, government surcharges, insurance levies and taxes.
